Rəmzioğlu Paxlava is one of Azerbaijan's most recognised traditional confectionery brands. The project involved designing a mobile app that brings the full ordering experience — from product discovery to delivery tracking — into a single, elegant interface.
The design needed to honour the brand's heritage and premium positioning while feeling modern, fast, and intuitive on a small screen.
The onboarding flow introduces users to the brand's core values across three clean screens: heritage, taste, and loyalty. Each screen pairs a hand-drawn illustration of a signature product with a short, meaningful message — setting the tone before users even browse.

A cohesive design system was built from the ground up to reflect the brand's identity. Custom hand-drawn baklava illustrations add warmth and authenticity, while the dark green palette communicates premium quality.
The full app flow covers browsing by category, product detail pages, cart and checkout, order tracking with live map, order history, payment methods, loyalty referral system, QR code scanning, and more — all within a consistent design language.

The final product elevates a beloved traditional brand into the digital space without losing its soul. The custom illustration system gives the app a unique visual identity that stands apart from generic food delivery apps, while the clean navigation keeps every interaction fast and effortless.
The loyalty and referral system — with its spin wheel and tiered rewards — adds an engaging layer that encourages repeat orders and word-of-mouth growth.
